Biography

A native of Asgard, Lorelei is an enchanting seductress notorious for commanding men under her will to create armies for conquering the Nine Realms, even placing Thor under her spell at some point. Eventually, she was imprisoned, forced to wear an enchanted Asgardian collar around her neck that stopped her from speaking. She had stayed imprisoned for the next six-hundred years until she finally escaped and arrived on Earth.

Landing in Death Valley, California, Lorelei encountered a man named Jimmy McKenzie - a newlywed waiting for his wife in front of a motel. Lorelei enchantED him and ordered him to provide transportation, while abandoning his new bride at the motel.

Soon after, Lorelei trades up, swapping out Jimmy for a man named Dwayne and his biker gang. When faced with the Agents of SHIELD, Lorelei traded up once more, swapping out her biker gang for Agent Ward.

With Ward under her spell, Lorelei fled to Las Vegas. There she slept with Ward and later expressed her concerns of having Sif after her, realizing that she would never have peace with Sif hunting her down. She was later taken to The Bus by Ward to eliminate Sif.

In the Bus, Lorelei took Leo Fitz under her control, who tricked Lady Sif into the interrogation room. She then had Fitz lock Skye and Jemma in their hospital room.

When Coulson and May began to take back the plane, however, she was tricked into the interrogation room and was trapped inside with Sif. After a hand-and-blade brawl, she was overpowered by Sif and had the silencing collar placed back on her, breaking her hold on Fitz and Ward. Afterwards, she was taken away by Sif, back to her Asgardian prison.
